Chicken Mee Goreng Noodles

This is a meat only version you add your Asian veggies if you wish. You could have this during the week. (i hate cutting up chicken so i leave it for the weekend)

Ingredients

  • 1 breast chicken skinless
  • 200/3000G packet noodles fresh
  • 2 tbsp lime juice
  • 60 Mils kecap manis
  • 1 tbsp Sriracha
  • 2 tbsp Light soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp Dark soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp Peanut Oil

Instructions

  • Cut up chicken breast into bite size chucks
  • Add Peanut Oil to fry pan and allow to pre heat for a few minutes
  • Add cut up chicken pieces
  • Fill kettle & tart kettle boiling
  • Start on sauce by adding the lime juice, kecap manis, Sriracha, Light soy sauce, Dark soy sauce - mix
  • Fill water from kettle into a saucepan allow to come to the boil
  • Add noodles, for at least 60 seconds or so and then drain
  • Add into mixture with sauce
