Chicken Mee Goreng Noodles


Chicken Mee Goreng Noodles
This is a meat only version you add your Asian veggies if you wish. You could have this during the week. (i hate cutting up chicken so i leave it for the weekend)
Servings 2 Person
Ingredients
- 1 breast chicken skinless
- 200/3000G packet noodles fresh
- 2 tbsp lime juice
- 60 Mils kecap manis
- 1 tbsp Sriracha
- 2 tbsp Light soy sauce
- 1 tbsp Dark soy sauce
- 2 tbsp Peanut Oil
Instructions
- Cut up chicken breast into bite size chucks
- Add Peanut Oil to fry pan and allow to pre heat for a few minutes
- Add cut up chicken pieces
- Fill kettle & tart kettle boiling
- Start on sauce by adding the lime juice, kecap manis, Sriracha, Light soy sauce, Dark soy sauce - mix
- Fill water from kettle into a saucepan allow to come to the boil
- Add noodles, for at least 60 seconds or so and then drain
- Add into mixture with sauce
