Steak and Potato Gems

Ingredients
- 2 tbsp olive oil extra virgin
- 1 300 germs porterhouse steak
- 20 Single item Potato Gems
Instructions
- Get Steak out of fridge at least 30 minutes prior
- Pre Heat Oven 210C (Fan Forced)
- Put gems in oven, set timer for 8 mins
- Once timer goes off, put pan on stove with some olive oil on low for 2.5 minutes then turn it up to medium in 2.5 (allow a total heat up time of 5 minutes)
- Season steak with salt and pepper
- Once timer goes off, set timer for additional 10 minutes (which makes the gems ready in 22 mins)
- Put steak on fry pan, and get stop watch out for your desired cooked-ness!

I serve mine with 3 sauces!

Tabasco sauce
Sometimes garlic butter
